Trauma-informed yoga focuses on offering opportunities to establish a safe and positive connection to the body through mindful movement. It’s an invitation to bring exploration and play into the mind & body. No prior yoga experience is required for any of the following offerings. All fall offerings have their own unique timeline and commitment level. I encourage you to read more information about each of the offerings below and sign up if any speak to you.

A tiered pay-what-you-can pricing model is utilized for all groups & class offerings. I fully trust ya’ll to decide on what feels aligned for you when it comes to choosing your pricing tier. No explanation or need to feel guilt about doing what is best for you! I’ve chosen this model to honor the fact that we do not all come into the room with the same resources. And as a way to make things more equitable for anyone wanting to explore a realm I’ve found to be so helpful in my own healing journey.
I’ve attached the original model that inspired this pricing tier from Worts & Cunning for anyone interested in learning more about my why. https://www.wortsandcunning.com/blog/sliding-scale
Trauma-Informed 10-Week Youth Therapy & Yoga Group
This offering is a weekly group for youths aged 11-14. Each week will cover a different topic of wellness; the group content will be largely driven by the group's interests and needs established during the first group meeting of each month. Past topics covered in pre-teen/ teen groups I’ve run have included: building a healthy body image, navigating sibling relationships, learning about healthy friendships/ relationships, managing school stress, and understanding anxiety and how to manage it.
Each week will consist of group discussion, yoga, and a snack. On some weeks, we will make crafts that correspond with specific resource development. A special keepsake will be given at the end of each month as a celebration of the effort & growth that has occurred.
Group Dates:
Mondays 4:15 pm - 5:15 pm
This group is a recurring group that requires a monthly commitment. With the option to continue at the end of each month.
The cost for this offering is $50/ per therapy group meeting. Because this group is capped at a small number of participants, commitment and payment for the entire month are required at the time of sign-up. No refunds will be offered if a group session is missed. I encourage those interested to review the set dates to ensure they align with your schedule.

Pleasure Practice: Trauma-Informed Yoga For Survivors
Pleasure practice is what I’m lovingly calling a revamped version of my previous yoga for survivors monthly workshop. My hope for this iteration is that, in addition to movement, this workshop will offer more space for creativity and play. Trauma can impact our belief that we deserve pleasure and can cause a disconnect in our ability to feel it deep in our bodies. This workshop aims to serve as a reintroduction into pleasure & play as part of a holistic healing process.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is one of the first types of yoga classes I ever taught. It holds a special place in my heart because of how empowering it can be. In this class you’ll learn how to identify what feels comfortable for you and your body; and how to create that sensation for yourself through the use of props and different poses. With a strong emphasis on stress reduction and deep relaxation, this class is perfect for anyone needing a break or wanting to learn what it means to lean into stillness.
